Frequently asked questions
We've made getting your toys simple and convenient! We've partnered with Pargo, so you can swap your bag at any of their 1,500+ stores across South Africa — just go to your chosen store and exchange your old bag for a new one!
Entirely up to you. Opt to go month-to-month, or choose a discounted 6 or 12 month subscription. We work on a 4 week cycle, so you can sign up at any time during the month. All subscription options are self-renewed, two weeks notice required if you need to cancel. If you've signed up for a 6/12 month contract and need to cancel early, it's no stress, you just need to pay back the discount received to date. Seems fair 😀
We take cleanliness very seriously. Before any toy is sent to you, it has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We use different methods for different toys, from soaking in Milton to wiping them with antibacterial solutions, as well as UV light technologies. We guarantee our toys are cleaner than anything you'd find on a retail shelf.
Each bag is carefully curated for your child and contains a variety of toys with a minimum total retail value of R1000. Depending on the toys selected, you can expect between 5 and 6 toys in each bag. We guarantee you won't get the same toy twice, unless you specifically request it!
Officially, we cater to children from 6 months to 5 years old. But, we know every child is different and we have welcomed members with children as young as 4 months!
Our inventory includes a huge variety of toys to keep children engaged and learning. From educational and wooden toys to puzzles, games, and even some fun, noisy ones you'll be happy to return—we've got it all! We source our toys from reputable brands and a wide range of stores to ensure our members receive a safe, diverse, and high-quality selection.
Absolutely! Email us to let us know how many months you want included, and we'll send you bank details for payment. We'll then send you a personalised voucher which you can print off, a perfect gift for Baby's First Christmas, Birthday or even a Baby Shower!
